The SAFC only alters the fuel curve, while the emanage is suposed to alter the fuel + ignition timing curve. The techosquare is basically a different set of fuel/timing curves programmed into the stock ecu. Go technosquare that is unless you have a laptop and something to tune a emanage with.

Yeah, I was thinking of getting the Technosquare ecu over the other 2 anyway.

Well Studman has offered to sell me an E-manage and tune my car for a smoking price that is cheaper than either the S-afc or Technosquare prices. With the dyno time though the Technosquare ecu would end up being the most cost effective.

Damn...I was just in Savannah 1BADMAX...

I totally forgot you were down there, or I would have hooked up with you. We (my company and I) were staying at the Hyatt (attending the GATO conference)...

If you want a quick easy way to adjust a WOT fuel curve get the APexi S-AFC II

If you want a little more complex way to adjust the WOT fuel curves with the option of spending more $$ to have the ability to adjust the timing curves as well then get the Emanage.

If you want a preset program that has been adjusted thorough the entire map on someone else's vehicle but you can't make adjustments yourself get the TS ECU.

Also,

1)S-AFC is easy to change on the fly and is eye candy.
2)eManage can control bigger injectors, but requires laptop unless you opt for the $$$ display.
3)TS ECU can raise rev-limiter to XXXXrpm.

I don't think anyone has got the eManage to control the timing for a VQ engine, so basically the eManage is just a fancy S-AFC UNLESS you use it to control bigger injectors.

I think you can't go wrong with the TS ECU(rev-limiter) and a S-AFC(fine tuning to YOUR mods) for NA. If you go FI, you'll need an eManage(bigger injectors) and J&S Safeguard(timing).

A GReddy guru was flown over from Japan and was unable to get the ignition control part of the eManage working on the 350Z TT car.

However, I hear they've come up with some firmware updates, so maybe they're still working on it.

I wouldn't hold your breath.

You mean 350Z?

According to TS, the 350Z and VQ35 Maxima ECU are VERY similar, so I doubt that it makes much difference.
