those with 95-96 max with stillen front lip

for those with 95-96 max that have the stillen front lip, where do you guys bolt the lip to besides using the double sided tape?

One screw on the inside of each fender-well.

I did the same thing, I used the double sided tape plus one screw on each fender well. However, it doesn't seem enough because the front part of the lip is starting to come apart.

can one of you guys tell me how much you paid for the lip and then how much more to get it painted and installed? also where did you order it from. thanks.
