well it took me about 4 hours to install this one. the taking apart, wiring, and cutting is pretty easy. Its time consuming because there is so much of it. I think it looks really good.

I have lots of pictures of the installation and will put up a nice how to page on my site. here are some pictures and a couple links to the high res pictures.

Nice job. Can you still adjust the headlight beams up down, left right after they are installed?

Every 6 months we have to go for a certificate of vehicle fitness and they check that the headlight patterns are a a certain height over a certain distance.

looks nice Block....

it would look really sweet if you could "tint" the corners a little to match the tint of the BMW lights! BTW what kinda springs are those on your Max?? looks about 1.7+ drop??

ill post directions on my site.

my car isnt lowered at all, but I have 2 inch drop sprint springs in my room.

yep I'm from ames. I go to iowa city now and then also

I've thought about tinting the corners, I want them just a little bit darker. I would probably tint my stock corners, see how it looks and then tint my clears if it looks nice

ask brandon what the url for that site is I never actually went there he just gave me the guys email addy

my cost:

PIAA Super white bulbs, Philips super blue bulbs, bmw headlights perfect condition from a 95 325i or maybe 328 who cares. all for $110.00.

there are better deals then that around

harness' were $3.49 each and you need 4 of them.

I had all the soldering equipment and cutting tools that I needed.

so for $124 its the best mod I've ever done and I love it. seriously anyone that owns a max should do this. it looks really nice.

What kind of wheels do you have (canuck)

just a wild guess, but I'd have to say Konig Villians with Falken Tires
he might have bought those rims from Matt93GXE after Matt won some RS-E wheels from Butler Tire in Atlanta

that's just a random guess though so who knows
