I have noticed lately that my 95 Maxima when sitting at a stoplight would idle fine at ~700 rpm, then it will bog down to about ~600-625 rpm and will have a little rough idle/shakey. When this happens I rev it up to ~1500 rpm, and then its fine.. I have just recently cleaned the throttle body, replaced air/fuel filters, spark plugs(NGK Plats), PCV valve. The only engine light I have is the Rear o2 Sensor, but from what I read is this will have no effect on the car, unless one of the other o2's are shot. Anybody have any Ideas?

Run a bottle of Techron through the fuel system.
