Misfire in cylinder 3

Misfire in cylinder 3
Hi there,
I changed my plugs last week, and started getting a misfire in cylinder 3. Some of you suggested that maybe the coil started going bad, so I switched coil number 3 with 5, but I am still getting a misfire in cylinder 3. Any ideas what this could mean? Bad fuel injector? Bad spark plug? Thanks for any help! I'm trying to track down this problem and I'm new with these cars, so any help is greatly appreciated!
