Hey guys, new to the 5th Gen world. but not to the Maxima world, had an 89SE and a British Spec 93SE and now i have a 2000SE 5sp. Just bought this car about 2 weeks ago. 29,000 miles on her, and in Very good condition. One problem im getting some hesitation in second gear, usually after going around a corner and accelerating under partial throttle in second, ocasionally it happens after the shift from 1st to second. Sometimes under partial throttle and WOT. I have read about cleaning the throttle body, will probably do that this weekend, as well as disconnect the Battery and let the ECU reset. Any other ideas? Coil packs? I just dropped in a K&N Filter, but it was also doing it before the Filter. I have a felling that the dealer may have put nasty gas in there, so i am running 92 octane right now, and will continue to do so.
