What is the best location for 2 chn. amp driving components 2k3 Max

Hello,

What is the best location to install a 2 channel amp to drive front components in a 2k3 max? Is there a good location in the front that will allow me to use the stock speaker wires (non-bose)?

If I have to run speaker wires, what gauge wire is recommended for Kappa Components 6 1/2?

Thanks

Mike
P.S. I am also installing a Basslink in the back.

Both of my amps are mounted under the front seats. It all depends how big they are.

Are you using the Kappa Perfect 6.1 ??? I've been looking into upgrading my speakers, but not sure what to go with. I was looking at the Kappa Perfect 6.1, so any feedback you have would be appreciated. Also, what amp will you run your components with?? I'm very ignorant when it comes to car audio, so your help is appreciated.

u dont need 12 guage wire to run to ur speakers, thats way too much. you need 14 or 16 gauge. 12 is really over doing it. i will be using 12 guage on my subs which will be running 250 rms through each wire.
