got a 98 gle wid 128 000 km on it

i left the car without driving it for a week in this crazy canada winter (snow storm). so now this morning i try to start it and i heard this weird noise, the battery is good, but the car just dont start. i dont know what is the problem, could anybody help me plz

does the starter kick over? i know that there is a problem with 4th gens and their starters i have rebuilt mine myself, they loose greese in the planatary gears and one way clutch. also maybe the solenoid is bad if it turns the starter but the motor doesnt kick over (aka the gear isnt engauging into the flywheel)

hope this helps give me some more clues as to what is happening
