new caliper grabbing rotor

Hi

I just got done replacing both calipers on the front of my 96 Maxima. Both old calipers were seized and had to be replaced. Now that I have the re-maned calipers on there the driver side caliper is grabbing the rotor and the tire wont move when the car is in gear (its on jackstands with the tires in the air). The ABS light is also coming on when the car is in gear. When the car is stopped and shut off I can spin the passenger side wheel but the drivers side does not move. I was thinking that this could be caused by the proportioning valve failing, do any of you guys have any other suggestions of what it could be?

I think the proportioning valve has an effect only when you press down on the brake pedal. Sure you didn't over tighten the guide bolts or anything?

I TQed all the bolts with a TQ wrench following the specs given in the Haynes manual. So I dont think I over-tightened any of those 14mm bolts. Funny thing is I just went down there and tried it again and now everything seems fine... spooky

There is no more ABS light the caliper doesnt bind or drag anymore and both wheels spin when it is put into gear at idle. Also when the engine is shut off I can spin both wheels in neutral by hand.

Another question I have, I also put on powerslot rotors and they seem to be creating very small metal flakes as the rotors spin is this normal for the power slots during there break-in period?
