Just got my Engine Sensors Replaced

Here is the deal:

1. It takes about an hour.

2. I don't feel and difference in Performance/Smoothens

3. Free sensors.... why not?

No problems with the dealer, they said I was the first one!

Thank you .ORG !

Just have the dealer look it up:

Crankshaft Position Sensor Recall (Campaign ID R3022)

For Maxima, it affects the following VINs:

JN1DA*1**2T 000002 – 454681
JN1DA*1**3T 400002 - 515067

Three senors are replaced for the VQ35DE.

Peace.

I just had my 2002 in for a new front seat track motor and it came up as needing this campaign recall. They replaced one sensor.

For those cars affected by the recall, there are 3 sensors that are supposed to be replaced. One crankshaft and two camshaft position sensors. FYI.

Yep. The kit for the VQ35DE is P/N 23731-AL627. I'm having mine done on Thursday.

I don't think that your car missed the cutoff. The campaign bulletin states that the 2k3 VINS range from 400002-515067. Put the sweat back on your brow.
