A 5 speed parts car would be nice.
This really is a FAQ, maybe someone can put every nut and bolt number on a sticky note.

Transmissions for the Maxima are as follows:

Automatics
RE4F04A = NON LSD (GXE Models, 89-94', as well as 80% of other FWD nissans up to 2001.)

RE4F04AV = LSD

5 Speed Transmissions
RSF50A = No LSD

RSF50V = LSD

You'll also need double splined axles if you're swapping from a non-LSD automatic to a limited slip 5 speed.

Transmission Transplant

What about the RE4F02A? I asked some weeks ago if anyone could tell me if I could simply swap the 4A into my '92GXE SOHC that has a 2A in it. I have not gotten any response, not even a Take A Hike Newbie Flame. Can someone offer some insite as to whether this is possible and what else may need to be done if anything? Thanks in advance.
