HELP!!!! My Brakes are gone!

It all started couple of months ago. My brake hose was popped out and we changed the both hoses in front with my friend, we bled them and it was ok for couple of days. Then, my brake pedal was soft, low and I was stopping really slow.
We thought we couldn't bleed them good or it was the master clyninder. We waited like couple of weeks for a nice day to fix my car but chicago was either cold or snowy. Yesterday, I decided to bring my car to CarX. They did a free estimate and they told me that my brake drums were bad amd it wasn't bled properly. They also said that master cylinder can be causing this problem too. They gave me a estimate of $325 and I was thinking if I could afford it. I asked them if they can check the master cylinder out and they did. They told me master cylinder was ok and they reduced the price of $325 to $275. I made let them do the thing and 1 hour later my car was finally fixed.
I drove it for a day and today, brake pedal is really soft and goes all the way to the end again. I'll go to carX again tomorrow.
If the master cylinder is broken, they want like $300 for the part, which I can buy it from autozone for $50 but they don't install parts that customers bought.

What other couse do you guys think there can be ?
Is there any other shop that i can fix it for cheaper ? I already paid $275 (
I really love my maxima 90 but she is getting costly.

Are you losing any fluid? If not, it's the master cylinder.

What exactly did they do for $275?
and since the problem has reoccurred I suggest you take it back to them and tell them to fix it right this time.
and apply the $275 to this repair.

Yup, disc in the back. Not sure on which one yet. It feels like the cables are being stretched when it close to the top of the pull.
