Assistant Service Manager, Javier is great to deal with and had my TSB's done to my Max without question. He also had my transmission replaced when I metioned about my 3rd gear grind without any problems. I'm waiting for my new/refurb stereo to come in since he replaced it under good will.

 

Same here. Greg in parts, Javier and Bob in service have gone above and beyond for Dave and I.
