Very nice Matt, only one question, when I click on the sub RSB Link page (where there is 2 pics), the first pic, the bottom block of aluminum doenst look right. whats up?

you know what, i really wanna get rid of this slow thing. trouble is, we need a car for my bro coz he will be driving and i dont want him driving anything newer than i ever had, so hes gonna get my max, and im plannin on gettin something newer. trouble is, i am too stoopid to save my money

What you mean it doesn't look right?

may just be the crappy camera and the overexposure from the flash on the aluminum.
the Al is 0.5 x 1.5" solid bar T-6061 aircraft aluminum. strooong stuff.

I played around with it some trying to rip the threads out of it.. let's just say that if you ever pull the threads out of the aluminum, you're going to think you were shot in the back of the head!

(and don't be bringing up that ish about me totalling my GXE on purpose! the insurance company is still ****ed at me for that wreck! )

oh Matt, I get it now. I was thinking about it all wrong, I thought the top one was the reverse side, while the bottom was, well that side (you know, one having studs, the other has the holes). It looked like that nut part was holding down the rod that connects to the heim joint. After reading your post and looking at it again I figured out its just one of the bolts, lol.

I've gotta give it to you Matt i like everything on your page. First time looking and the main reason i haven't gotten a RSB yet is because of the weak link mounting location.

Nope, this just bolts on!
The upper L bracket on the frame might need to be ground/cut off though. I'm sending a replacement for it also. you just need to cut off the protrudin section of the old one and drill two small holes in the frame rail. the screws are self-tapping, so once you drill the holes, just use a nut driver to screw these in and you're done.
