erm... speed limiter maybe? SE's come without one iirc

just go with an ECU upgrade if that's what you're going for.

or, you know... search

Maybe he's thinking he has a boosted car and wanted to remove any safeties off of it to unleash every stock hp he can?

What type of font would you like this statement to be written on your gravestone as?

if he's trying to "unlock" any "stock" hp, then he would start by eliminating excess backpressure, by means of y-pipe, hi-flow cat, 2.5" catback. then he would move onto an underdrive pulley. then he would start weight reduction, aerodynamics, etc.

but then again, doing anything to alter a car negates the term "stock".

i find myself siding with pmohr more and more often. i mean, the search button isn't THAT hard to find, is it? sure it's in 8pt font, but come on.

brb gotta suggest 72pt font for the search link

well by the sounds of it, he's trying to go crazy fast. i was talking about the undercarriage anyway.

but you know... he could chop the top down a little bit, shorten the car to a more preferable 2-door shape, retrofit a lambo front end, tape up all of the grille openings on the front, etc. all the above must be good for another, what...400 ponies? to the wheels???

leet sauce, come here.

There was an episode on TopGear where they went out on the salt flats with some modern day muscle cars and tried to top them out, they ended up taping off the body openings on a '10 challenger and actually managed to make it substantially more aerodynamic.. so thats what tylers saying... i think.

Our cars don't have a restrictor plate. Fold your side mirrors though. +10mph in your trap speeds.

Took the restrictor plate off to give the Red Dragon a little more juice. But it's not exactly street legal, so keep it on the down low.
