i got a 96 gle, and im wondering if its possible to take off those door protectors...im not sure what they are really called. they are the part on the lower half of the door, and stick out a little further. im going to remove my pinstriping, and i want to take those off too, but i dont want to if they will leave holes. if anyone has done this before, let me know. i tried searching, but it wont let me search the website, so w/e

 

it can be done but it sits in an indent in the door. so you will have that PLUS the holes. not even close to worth it.

 

alright, then it wont be done. i was just thinking it was put on like the emblems were on the trunk. ill just remove the pinstriping, and maybe think of some other ideas that would make my car look unique
