Transmission slipping......AGAIN???

I had my 00 max fixed under warranty ( it's a miracle) for the TSB on the transmission slipping from first to second gear. The car has been fine until a few days ago. It seems like there is a delayed shift from 2-3 gear. It doesn't seem the same as the slip from 1-2 gear, but there is something different the way it shifts from 2-3 than all the other gears. I was wondering if anyone has had any other transmission problems after having that TSB done? It took 3 months to get them to fix my transmission before because they " can't seem to duplicate the problem" So for three months that transmission was slipping and I'm not sure if there was any other damage done at that time? The transmission fluid has always looked good. I have about 33,000 miles on this fluid. Maybe its just wanting some new fluid. The last time they changed the fluid they used that so called machine that changes "all" the fluid. I guess I can drop a Ben Frank to se if that fixes it.
