headlight wire harness?

I'm trying to find information on headlight wire harnesses.

I have a 99 SE and as anyone who owns a 4th generation knows the 9004 headlights suck. I don't want to spend the money to put in a HID but I heard that upgrading the wire harness will make a great improvement.
Is this true? How many of you have done this and like the improvements?
Also, where did you buy them and how much are they?

Any help would be great!!

Thanks all!

Tom

upgraded wiring harnesses work for a while, but eventually melt as well. for all the time you gotta buy new bulbs/harnesses, you'll wish you'd put that money into hids.
