Short Shifter Question

What do you guys think of a $35 Nismo short shifter compared to a B&M or a pacesetter. And what do the polyurethane bushings and whatever else comes with the shifter do. Are they really important or no.

And if anyone is selling a short shifter let me know please!

Thanks for the help.

pascetter and B&M are great, i have pascetter and works fabolous...nismo i would think makes good **** but thats a super cheap price for a shifter, especially one from nismo. Could be a knock off or something...all i know is, its not good to go super cheap on products that have to do with your driving. One guy on here broke his STS while driving on the highway, definitely not good....
