SparkPlugs - Which Would be the Best?

My car is around 56k miles and planning to change the spark plugs.

I went thru different websites and they all recommended these Sparkplugs for the maxima:

NGK PFR5G-11

NGK BKR5EIX-11

DENSO IK16

My friend drives an Accord V6 and recommends the Denso, he said it runs better and smoother.

What do you guys think?

the coppers are BKR5E-11, get those if you don't want to spend $10 or more per plug
