I checked the FAQ and the links "ECU fault code diagnosis ("HELP! MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON!!")" and did not find what these codes mean. Can anyone help me. PS I checked this link before i posted last time.

0708 and 0313

 

0313 is your rear O2 sensor. Not sure about 0708.

 

Thanks...Can anyone help me with the 0708 code. I reseted my ECU and the same codes poped up again. I just had one of my engine coils replaced and was wondering if another needed to be replaced. My car is running rough/hiccuping again.

 

0708 = downstream oxygen sensor (slow response)

0313 = downstream oxygen sensor (max voltage)

so your rear oxygen sensor

 

thanks alot for the help. are both the sensor for the 99 max (cali-spec) identical? i went to oxygensensors.com and they have 2 different sensors listed under the rear section. how do i know which one to get from there? i know i need the bank #2 (red wire).

 

oxygensenesor.com dont have the bosch downstream (rear) sensors. doesn anyone else know where i can get these cheap.
