I get the best results at the track from a 5300 or 5400 setting.

it will be different for the amount of mods you have and if you are JWT-ECU equipped or not....without the raised rev limiter stay around 5000-5100...now if you have a JWT-ECU, I dont know what your best would be...Dave B would know

Like Mike said, it should be set around 5300-5400rpms for ideal switchover. There should be an audible noise change on the switchover. Mine's actually quite loud evne with the windows up, but others on the Org say they can't hear it at all which is suprising. When I was on the dyno, all the Max owners faces looked like this when the MEVI butterflys opened.

You know I really don't notice any difference in sound at the switchover, but when njmaxseltd took a ride after doing my suspension, he noticed it immediately. Maybe I'm just used to it, or maybe I have bad hearing.

LOL...you're car probably feels slower around town. Without the ECU, the car WILL be slower below 5500 RPM. So basically the only time your car will be faster than with the USIM is between 5500-redline. You probably wont feel the difference until freeway speeds at the verrrrrry end of each gear.
