Aright,I just shaved all the symbols off my trunk. I used fishing line to do it,so now there's left over glue and a mark where the symbols were. I heated the glue with a blow dryer and got most of it off,but cant get it all.How do I get the rest off and how can I make the marks go away?? Thanks.

Goo-Gone should be able to get the rest of it off. It is that orange colored citrus cleanser that shouldn't be harmful to your paint. Just make sure you give it a nice waxing afterwards when it is all said and done.

 

where can i get googone? do lowe's have it?

 

White gas (camp fuel) on a rag worked great for me.

 

Lowe's, Walmart, Home Depot, Menards, etc. should all have Goo-Gone. Just ask the person working there.

Mine doesn't come off so I'm planning on using a hair dryer when the weather gets better and then use some cleaners. You can also try 3M Adhesive Remover if you want.

 

u could probably get googone at lowe's or walmart or maybe even at the grocery store.
