removing gauge needles
i don't think it's hard at all, but then again, i've removed my needles a few times and have become an expert.
i'll try to see if i can get my hands on a write up i just emailed another member. there are ok write ups here on the org though, i don't remember how i found them.

sorry man, he emailed it to me and i never responded here, my apologies. i'll get it all up here for you later today after i stop seeing spots. (just finished a long @ss history paper and it's time for bed)
edit* - also, have you tried looking on their website? i've heard they have directions or can get them to you? might just be one more thing you should try.

Directions on how to take off needles.
It's hard, but not impossible. You just have to be really really careful and take your time.
