yeha no one was hurt...

details are i was heading west bound on 42nd ave and the other car was comming north bound on 191st street and he blew the stop sign going 40mph and i had right of way bc i had no stop sign .

im going to body shop tomorrow to get an estimate and im calling insurance tomorrow....

 

i was alittle ticked off when it happened bc the guy jumped out of his car and said oh dont worry get back in ur car nothing happened.. i was like are u kidding me! haha he admitted it was his fault and asked for a rought estimate from what i see... i told him there is a good 4k worth of damage here and he said oh forget it let insurance handle it...

 

well that sucks. good thing it wasnt your fault tho. looks like you're gonna have to replace th CF hood though... would insurence cover that?

ironically, i was VERY close to the same type of accident today.. cruising straight, some idiot rolls right through a stop sign on a smaller street, brakes for a second then starts driving with me practically 15 feet from him.. and he's looking at me the whole time as if he's trying to hit me.. i got on the horn and brakes and swerved into the oncoming lane, thank god no one was there..

he was driving a accord older body style... he screwed up his car hardcore like bent axels and the whole nine...
