8 VIDEOS 9.7PSI turbo max vs 10 sec 03 cobra, SC IS300,15PSI 300TT, Bags vs SC IS300

This is a third gear run with the Mustang, picked on the right one this guy is pushing 17PSI and is pretty heavily modded. Dont mess with this guy from a dead stop, he runs 10.99's in the 1/4

http://vqpower.com/tmp/C1.wmv

These are all 2nd gear runs with no traction and lots of spiking

http://vqpower.com/tmp/C2.wmv

300Z TT at 15PSI, My brother waxed this dude w/my 95 max at 8PSI. Hes girlfriend encouraged him to go woop on my young brothers azzz. Then he wanted a piece of me here are the three runs

http://vqpower.com/tmp/Z1.wmv

These runs I was at 9.1PSI, this guy has a built motor, meaning lower compression etc..I ran him first two times and then bags

Bags533 vs SCed IS300,

http://total-x.net/modules.php?name=...p=getit&lid=14

I also have a video of a GTP doing some BS at the light. I rolled down my window and he did not want any on private property so we went from a very slow roll. Stay tuned I will post that video and may have about two or three more to post after baggs tests his new turbo out against my 95 max.

He is running 10 PSI.

He basicly has a supra motor in his car. He is running either 8:1 or 8.5:1 compression.

He has an upgraed tranny.

He may be moving up to the ~15 PSI area.

He dynos right around 290 WHP. I don't know the tq.

What do you dyno at bags because I thought you were right around that power level as well but he pulled pretty good. Time for you to turn it up I think... can't be letting an IS300 beat you.

In the first run bags definitely had the torque, but the SC top-end won.

What psi were you running vs. the IS3s 10psi bags?

Fans relax, we will bring you our most updated vidoes up to date. It is not us that delay the process. It is the site owners that delay the process with links to their servers, we have to be patient. I have another video of this past weekend of me vs a Modded GTP.

jay, did you ever reel baggs in like that when you were running the SC 10 psi (IIRC) vs. baggs 5 psi (IIRC) turbo?

I remember videos of you guys from a 20mph or so roll and the turbo sure had a distinct advantage

No when I ran bags with my SCer I never really reeled him in. Id pull away the minute I punched it. Courtesy of the fidenza. Here is a comparison video, I am the maxima on the right and Ramius83 is the maxima on the left. Bags is the camera maxima center. Unfair run but that is somewhat what it looked like.

http://www.vqpower.com/v2/modules.ph...=getit&lid=115

this is the only video of me and bags that I could find on the net.

Built auto tranny... still has that dang 20%-21% loss compared to 15% for the stock IS 5spd... but it shifts fast as heck. An auto with the same whp as a 5spd will always be faster... the instant shifting keeps it from ever losing accelleration during shifts.

It shifts so fast, the BOV never pops, and the extra boost throws you forward until the s/c spins down. Pretty nuts... we'll see how the tranny hold up with this config. 7500 miles since boost and counting thus far.

Usually peaks @ 10psi if I shift at the old redline... 6400. it'll go up to 12 if I rev her out to the new redline @ 7500, but I rarely go that high on the streets.

Moving on up to the 18psi area, plus some other toys.

Right now she runs around 285-295 when I dyno'd up to 6500 rpm... still haven't dyno'd to 7500, but the line still looked strong up that high.

Tq is pretty much a flat line from 230 @ 3500 rpm to a max of 246@5500 rpm then back down to 230 nearing redline. Yay s/c. =D

I do have the 2JZ-GE block with 2JZ-GTE (twin turbo supra) internals... pistons, rods, and headgasket... 8.5:1 compression (stock is 11:1). It's actually built out to be a stage 2 kit. I'm only running stage 1 boost right now, so I'm losing power due to the lower compression.

The car is also detuned... when we put in the GTE internals we richened and retarded to make sure everything was safe during break in. I'm lost past broken in now, but still haven't gotten it tuned out. I figure I'll just wait for my stage 2 blower (15-18psi) to be complete, then get it all done at once.

Das I have a 95 max that should be at 10PSI, we can test that one out to see how it does against your ride? I just have to get two parts for it and ensure the manifold is working properly. Ill let you know when I get it up and running right.

It the same story with me vs a 375 hp turbo IS from any roll... I can pull 1+ car lengths from go (yay instant s/c boost) but once the turbo spools I get walked as the horsepower shows its strength. If I had the same hp as the turbo car, I imagine that jump from the start would let me win every time.

With superman emblems on the headrests? Out in Cali?

If so, he's got the straight stage 1 Toyomoto s/c kit (stock compression) and a stock ypipe (still has a cat)... he could do 315-320 if he changed those two things.

He just got his kit installed a week or two ago... I was helping him out. We're a pretty small family. =D

I'm game... perhaps you'll rape me less hard than with the 98 max? =P

Is the 95 a turbo? dang parasitic loss from the s/c means 10psi makes me less power than on a turbo... worth the instant boost though.

Bags has my #... let me know when =D

hahah... actually....

not to be stereotypical, but most of the is300 owners around here (that I know of) are under 21 spoiled asian kids spending daddy's money. Its rather the attitude than just what they do.

Revving at red lights, tricked out bulbs of all assortments on the car, huge wings while the rest of the car is stock, dangerous weaving in and out of traffic, showing off their injen intake that gives "20 rwhp", etc

time for me to move to atlanta

That is one of the sweetest looking IS300 that I have ever seen! But the supercharger kit cost a arm and a leg.

SWEET RIDE Das.
