Anyone looking for a set of 370cc Injectors?

Well, the time has come for me to move on to better/newer things. I am getting rid of my car, everything. The whole kit, injectors, VI, the whole shabam..........

J/K everyone. I am keeping the car and everything, I am getting 555cc injectors, so I am getting rid of the current 370cc injectors that I have. They have 26k on them and they came from an RB25DET motor, same purple top ones as the 300zx TT. These are the same injectors that I used when I dynoed at over 400HP. Contact me if you would like this set......

Sorry for the post in the Boost Forum MODS. I just want to offer this to the boost forum first before I do a general sale......

The first $275.00 shipped gets it, OBO.

I take PayPal (Ramius833@aol.com), money orders, checks, cashier's checks, etc. Make sure, if sending PayPal, it is RAMIUS833@aol.com, it has an extra "3" on the end of Ramius83. And if sending PayPal, include an extra 3% for the fee they charge.

Well, considering the mileage on them and all, I don't think that $275 is bad at all.

Slimer: I meant the first one to claim it at that price and proof of payment, they are sold. If not, then let the bidding begin.

As far as I've read(could have missed latest) he's not "running" with them. He's simply started it and it's untuned.

Until you daily drive that bish, you aren't going to know.

Yes, 100+shipping is cheap, yet at the time that was the only solid offer he had. I noticed someone made mention that 275 for a set is a good deal. Are you guys really serious? Honestly that seems a bit high for used injectors. If there were enough interested parties i could get few sets of 370's cleaned, and flow tested for you for around 275-300 bucks a set(depends on how many i get at one time). To the ones on the west coast shipping may add another 5 bucks to the total.

The sad truth is even though 300 bucks for a set of flow tested/matched 370's is considered a good deal hardly anyone will/would step up to the plate.

New are around $600 through DAVEB just for comparison.

I think $250-$350 is the going rate on eBay, but they're pretty scarce.

I think somebody should try and get a connection going on junkyard 370cc injectors.

Hell I'd pay $300 for a set of 370cc injectors that had a RC Engineering report along with them. Too bad they won't work on my car.

$100 is serious low balling. Geez, a set of stock 270cc injectors go from $60-$100 with a fuel rail. Id like to see you get a set from a junkyard for a $100. The rate for these injectors are from $220-$350 plus shipping. I paid $325 for my injectors used! They were in mint condition. If $275 is too high for a set of 370's I would not even bother to boost a car over 10PSI.

Jay, no disrespect but you have no idea how to get a deal. The going price for the 370's is 100-150 for a set of 6 used. If you think your set for 325 was a good deal then more power to ya.

And your last statment of "if $275 is too high for a set of 370's i would not even bother to boost a car over 10PSI" is a completely unfounded and rediculous statment. What in the world does that have to do with the price of rice in China at 4:13 in the afternoon in the middle of a rain storm, nothing. If your thinking is that someone who doesn't want to spend 350 bucks on injectors shouldn't be using FI, then i don't know what to say to that other than that is an ignorant comment.

Oh, and by the way, maybe you missed the point where i can offer cleaned and flow matched injectors for 300. I wouldn't say i could do this if i was to loose money, so obviously these injectors are not as expensive as you think they are.

Ramius, sorry for highjacking. Hope you find a buyer for the injectors. TTT

That's not RC Engineering service, right?

Who's doing the cleaning?

$300 is a GOOD price IMO cleaned/matched.

You aint disrespecting me in no way. But if you could show me one FS thread or someone that sold/bought a set of 370s to fit our cars for $150, Id be in major shock.

the bottom injector is the one that goes for the price you mention $150

the one hes selling here on this post is this injector

I know I searched my azz off looking for a set of injectors for under $200.00. I could not find any. Say you pay $150 for a set of sh!tty injectors. You send them off to RC, Now your up to $475. I see no sense in doing something like that What you pay for is what you get! There is no cheap way out. I see people do the cheap way out and is not the cheap way out. There will never be. If its not one thing its another.

Yeah, tampamax, if you can get '95-'96 TT injectors(purple tops) cleaned and matched by a trust worthy company, you should work on bringing that here.

People could DEFINITELY use that service/option.

funny thing is that I did remember paying $135 for a set of purple injectors last year. Know what I got? a set of broken crap in the mail. Got them off ebay. Lucky the guy was more then willing to reimburse me my money. Thats why I paid double this time. Like I said it once I ll say it again, cheap is not good. 94 injector harness is different then the 95-96 harnesses.

Beleieve me if i was in the business of providing aftermarket performance parts then that would be a viable option. I know the VQ aftermarket following is picking up steam, but without other forms of other car performance lines to generate income to cover the cost a R&D its an extremely hit and miss proposition(sp?).

I have tried to bring things to the org before with members showing little to no "real" interest. Oh, there was a lot of talk through PM's and such but no genuine commitment. Things that could have been brought to us is copper gaskets for the vq(everyone was wanting them 6-9 months back but nobody would step up to the plate). Things i never talked about-- a true variable intake manifold and a custom high flow one for those of us looking for more than 500hp on our 4th gens, long tube headers that make a real difference, a custom DP nitrous set up that could be completely hidden for those with the VI and cover, an energy suspension kit(to replace every bushing on the car), and a couple other things. All of these things could have been done for noticably less than what we can get them for right now without having to sacrifice quality.

I will think about getting an injector deal going but i wouldn't hold my breath if i were you. As much as i've learned from this site and love my maxima, i figured out very early on that there are many dreamers here that will never follow through. I occasionally still check out the site and will keep an eye out to see if there may be enough interest. When i say enough interest i'm guessing there would need to be 30 people commiting to buying a set because there is very little margin for profit on a single set.

well thats the strange thing he said there off a 94 but they are purple injectors with the new style harness so they must have changed injectors midway throught the production year or somthing

your right you do take risks buying stuff off ebay but ive puchased about 30 items and have only been dissatisfied 2 or 3 times so i dont complain

it's daily driven buddy - just not the past two weeks since i've been too lazy to bleed the clutch. yes, i've simply started it... drove it to work and back, and anywhere else i've needed to go everyday for the past few months. one thing's right - it is still untuned.

Just to double check, you're running Nismo 555s with what base fuel pressure?
