PICS '04 Aftermarket Grille from Nissan

Stopped by Germain Nissan today and saw something pretty interesting. Not sure if these are out nationwide or not, so I thought I'd share the pics. Was short on time otherwise I would have asked about them.

Yes, this is the famous "tooth free" option. Makes the Maxima look
like the Altima, if that is what you want. They also will rename this
vehicle if you desire. It is call the "Altixima".

Actually, it's one of the aftermarket billet grilles that have been around for quite a while now. Not sure if it's Stillen or one of the others. These things are getting pretty popular ... I've seen versions of them on everything from new Caddy CTS's to ghetto cruisers.

Frankly? I think they look good on the Max!

It's the E&G Classics grill. You can find it at www.courtesyparts.com I got mine last week, but haven't had the chance to put it on with the crappy weather

I got mine from one of the Nissan dealership here in Southern California. They sell them for $260.00. I got mine with a discount of 15%. Those are the E&G classic grill.

It looks like the Stillen racing grill that I have on my '04. I think you can get it right on stellen.com. Mine was put on by the dealer.

I'm a fan. Gives the Maxima a classy, upscale look, which seem to be the direction the car is headed in.

You live by Germain?
They always pop up on my Autotrader searches . Seems like they have a great selection of Maximas and according to their picutres they are incredibly clean. They had a fully loaded silver '01 5-speed that i regret not pursuing...or do I? I think I need the 3.5:
Did you buy your Maxima from Germain?

I live about 3 miles from Germain Nissan, so thats where I go for maint/parts. I used to work for Saturn of Columbus which also owns Nissan North on Route 23 and my old boss found my Maxima for me in Nissan North's used car inventory. Needless to say, I got a REALLY good deal.

My local Cleveland dealer located the car I wanted from Germain Nissan in Columbus, and it happened to come with this grille and pinstripes. I immediately had my dealer remove the pinstripes, though (yikes!). I wasn't sure about the grille at first, but now I couldn't be happier that it came with the car...much better than the tooth grille, IMO.

You also can find this grille at www.wooddash.com (their price is $299.00).

Looks ok, but I'm torn between the one you have (Asmitty) and this one: http://store4.yimg.com/I/southwestau...e_1785_4394726
