T25 turbo too small??

T25 turbo too small??

This seems kinda small to me.....


but how come they sell a kit for us with it?

it's just a cheaper kit and the T-25 turbo is cheap and available. It's even small for 2.0L engines if you want to make any reasonable power.

Just spend the extra and get the PFI kit or splurge and get the SSR kit , that's hot

if I remember correctly, the turbo in that kit is fed off only one of the manifolds. look back a page or two... there have been several recent threads on this kit.

I love how its says its good for 300HP.... Well I can tell ya about 270WHP is MAX for this turbo on a SR20. I have one in my G20 and its getting yanked out very soon. Mine is a newer ball bearing T25. Saab uses a similar setup on their turbo 9-5 V6s. They only use one cylider bank to drive a small turbo to achive more power at low RPMs- having driven a one I know a stock 5spd Max will dust one.... but hey its turbo !
