Can you Clear it up???
Can you Clear it up???
i am currently running an intank 255lph holley pump(not high psi), with factory injectors, and no adjustable fpr. If Iwere to say just install the 370's would the compensate itself for fuel, or would it run rich without a baseline fuel psi change, (Iam now running about 35-37psi at idle, with no problems, and its not rich). Shouldn't the computer notice the added fuel flow of the new injectors and just drop like the injector open time or something?
You put in the 370s and it will still be at 35-37psi idle. So basically the may not even crank cause it will be flooded. Sometimes it may start if you get lucky, but the idle will run like crap.
Only way you will get around not using an FPR, is putting the Z32 maf in. Otherwise need to lower the base Idle to at least 24psi.

If you get the injectors, you'll need an adjustable FPR to drop down the base fuel pressure to 26-27psi.
If you get the injectors AND a Z32 MAF, you'll need an AFC to add more fuel to prevent detonation at stock 34psi fuel pressure...check for StephenMax post on S-AFC settings.
