Stock 4th Gen. Maxima 5-SPD vs. Stock 2000 Mustang v6 AUTO

What do you guys think of this competition? My old friend and I have had our fair share of friendly debates on who would win this 1/4 mile race. He finally agreed to go to a local track this summer so we can race. However, in the meantime, what do you guys think the outcome of this race will be? I think I may actually have the uphand. If he were manuel, then I think it could go either way. JMO. Whatcha guys think? Anyone ever encountered a similar race? Thanks!

That mustang is gonna get OWNED! LOL, after you win, tell him, look, I'll give you a head start, and then smoke him again.

yea, i drove a V6 mustang (actually an '02) back when it was brand new and i didnt know that much about cars. i'd been driving the max off and on for about 6 months (it was still my dad's car) and i thought the mustang would be faster. well, it sounded faster anyway , but then when i hit the gas nothing happened, i was like 'what?!' i seriously pulled to the side of the road to make sure it had a V6 and not an I4 under the hood. that is one sad V6 in that car... better than driving a hundai as a rental car though

as everyone stated you should win. . even if you're not a great stick driver you should take a V6 mustang no problem.

I took a 5spd v6 stang when all I had was CAI, and im auto. Recently I spanked a v6 auto stang. This guy was trying to talk **** about my car, I pulled away from his a$s. The only mustang owners ive ever met were all A$SHOLES!!!

ITS SO FUNNY THAT PEOPLE THINK ALL MUSTANGS ARE FAST, Even the GT is overrated......
