Im going to get striaght to the point, The car belongs to my older brother and sometime by the end of April it will become mine. Its all up to my choice of when i want it and i simply wanted to wait a month to save more money. Im 18 and live in NJ. Can someone please help me and tell me what insurance company will have the lowest rates?.

Can someone please help me out and tell me what insurance company would be the best for me since in nj we have the highest insurance rates. And also will there be another maxima meet sometime soon?
