From the description, you really cannot tell. Some people use the term "OEM" rather loosely to include anything sold by the mfg (ie. Nissan). I would contact the seller and ask for part numbers of the pressure plate and clutch disc. If he says they are part of the "OEM kit" chances are that it is a key value clutch kit. OEM clutch components have individual part numbers whereas the key value clutch has just one number for the kit.

from the pics it looks exactly like the POS key value Daiken clutch. the daiken key value has that same purple color to the disc whereas the true OEM is silver color. also the real oem pressure plate is beefier than the key value one

Then again the pic has a disclaimer saying actual item may differ from pic

True OEM clutch runs $300+ if I remember correctly. I think this is the POS value clutch in which case, you should stay away.

JRNissan is having a sale on parts right now. 30% off list. THey just don't sell the alignment tool but you can get everything else (pressure plate, throwout bearing, clutch disc) there. Courtesy Nissan also has a good price and throw in an aftermarket alignment tool.

I just ordered a new OEM clutch from Courtesy. I got the pressure plate, throwout bearing, clutch disc and pilot bushing for under $200.
