front passenger side door hard to open

A couple of people had mentioned to me that my door was heavy recently and I didn't think much of it until I just tried to open it myself. It takes a decent amount of force to open now. I can' t really get a good look right now cause its dark but it seems like maybe the hinge isn't aligned correctly or could it just need to be lubricated? Anyone else ever have this problem?

I had the same problem. Usin lithium grease helps a little but what I found was to use the doors on a regular basis and that should help.

My old max had the same problem. Found out that my dad took the car out and drove quickly up the driveway in the winter.

The ice/snow underneath hit the frame of the car and pushed it up against the bottom of the door which made it really hard and sticky to open up.

May not be in your case but just shooting out ideas.

Thanks guys. I put some WD-40 on all the hinges and it seems to be getting better.
