how do I remove the front passenger seat?

hey there --

to help me with my stereo install, I'd like to remove the front passenger seat
so that I can run my wires up the middle versus by the doors...so, that said,
can anyone shed some light as to how I can remove the seat?

Is it difficult?
Do I remove the track?
Does the track come off with the seat?

Should I bother?

Thanks!!!

eeeeeeeeasily done, 4 bolts on the bottum (i forget the size). on the back two, you pop off the plastic trim. the track is attached, very easy to do.

Yeap just make sure to watch the brackets! They will easily scratch your interior or door jambs... trust me I know. :-/

Cool, thanks.
So, I guess I'll tape up the brackets before I pull the seat out.

any other tips? should the seat be fully forward in the tracks
before I remove? full back? in the middle? does it even matter?

Move it back to remove the front two bolts and forward to remove the rear two bolts.

Tilt the seat back and unplug the seat belt connector and any others you might have ie seat warmers, side air bag etc
