Do the Accords not have alarms?

There seems to be a lot of this **** going on lately. I dont know about ya'll, but Im gettin some wheel locks... and I still have my stock wheels!

 

Accord has a much bigger market for used parts and they probably didn't have time to jack three cars.

hey guys, thanks for all ur support !!...

last nite we went to a church event, a holy priest had come from india, so we went to see him... we got home around approx 130am (we were driving green accord, silver accord & maxima were already @ home) around 330ish the alarm on the green accord went off and the guys ran off... the house directly in front of me is a police officer and the right to the left of me is a police officer... i never thought this would happen in this neighborhood...

this is what i've found out... they hit the silver car first (younger bro) he had OEM alarm, wasnt upgraded yet... they popped the hood (honda is gay enough to NOT put hood sensors for alarm) and disconnected ground, so thats how they had time to strip the stereo dvd etc etc out his car, on the silver one they broke the back window, reached in the unlocked the door, you can see this in the pics, hard to tell tho cuz the windows are tinted...

on the green accord... they got the rims off first as you can see, they broke the window to get in the car (i disabled all alarm lights in car to fool thieves for this exact reason) as soon as the window broke the alarm sounded (2 way alarm so the remote in the house started beepin too) and they jetted off, the cop across the street heard both the alarm go off and said he heard what he said sounded like "a couple hondas with exhausts" drive off...

my assumption is that if i didn't have the aftermarket alarm in the green car, they'd have the brand new eclipse avn2454 as well as all the "junk in the trunk", the headrests, everything, and they'd probably have time to hit up the maxima for the rims at the least...

also for the person that made comments on wheel locks... both cars had em, i learned today from many respected wheel shops that there's alot of "easy tools" out there to get past those, so why bother?? these guys were prepared... they brought bags full of sand to put under my car after takin rims (u can see in the pics) and they also brought wood to put under the silver accord after takin the wheels off... these guys knew what they were doin... the grass pictures are there becuz for some weird *** reason, there were lug nuts all over the place, on the driveway, under the car, but the weird part, some were on my grass, some on the neighbors grass... the silver chain wasnt there b4, we just had that concrete slab poured in 2 days ago to park cars, so whoever was doin this work lost a chain...

though its a sad story, both cars still have the custom retrofitted s2000 hid projectors, and the green acc still has the custom trunk with 2 15's unharmed, at worse its rims n windows (and stereo for silver ride) im makin sure i have space for the max in the garage tonite...

 

That sucks big floppy donkey di ck! I know exactly how you feel. Happened to my wifes civic not too long ago. I want to trade her civic in on another make, but she refuses(for now). Sorry to hear about your misfortune.

P.S. My case # was 7023. It was done on Jan. 21 04. This means there were 7022 cases of vehicular theft/damage between Jan 01 and Jan 23. This is just in Hillsboruogh county FL.

Good luck with the ins company. My ins company, Travelers, accused me of taking my own rims. I HATE ins companies!
