valve lash adjustment
valve lash adjustment
recently i noticed my valves need adjustment im 100% sure i know this robs some hp but how better does the car feels after the service has been done i know it involves using shims because unlike other cars these can't be adjusted by tightening nuts it will be performed at the dealer(friend of mine) but any other thing i should look while at it
Yes, the valves cannot be adjusted.
They use shims that must be replaced. This is NOT a simple procedure.
How did you figure out your valves need adjustment?
The noise? They all do that. Dont worry about it.
