Is 50,000 miles alot to have on a SC'er. Also how much is it to overhaul it if it breaks.

Are you able to look at the blower or are you buying it online from someone ?? and Who ?? is it a reputable seller who wont be lieing to you ?

If you have access to it, check for shaft play, leaks out of the inlet hole, spin the blower listen for anything..

Vortech says there blowers are good till 100K without anything...some guys on here are at 60K with no problem and I Know some guys with S/C trucks with over 100 with no prob. You dont want the bearings going in your blower cause then all of the sudden, you need a new engine as well
