I looked under the hood of my car yesterday, and noticed that only one of my radiator fans has a small heat shield attached to it. The other one looked like it used to have one, but fell off.

So I have a question for all you 4th gen'ers out there. Please look under your hood and see if both your radiator fans have small heat shields attached near the middle. Mine only has one, so if the Max comes with two to begin with, I'll have to buy a new heat shield and put it back in.

 

but i have a 5th gen but i don't have a heat shield on the right fan. (me facing the bumper looking down) oh but i do have one on the left fan.
