RPMs drop too low when putting car in neutral...WHY?

When I put my car in neutral and slow down, my rpms drop just below 500. I had a similar problem before where the car would stall, but that was solved by cleaning the intake filter and TB. This time its not the intake filter or TB. My mods are in my sig, I was thinking maybe its because of the 5spd conversion with the auto ECU but I had it for a long time before this so I doubt it.

Any ideas?!?
