My car is at the dealership and I thought somewhere I found supporting document that the 2002 Nissan Maxima is covered 3/36000 miles for the problem..They say there is 75% brakes left but that the rotors need turned and is not covered under warranty..I am at 30k..

Has anyone got any information I could use..

It's not covered under warranty. Don't let them do it because they will charge you way too much. Take it to a reputable shop.
