Serious ECU Issues (hangs head very low)

Well,

I had the o2 Sensors installed today and a bad thing happened later today. I got to work and that CEL was bothering the crap outta me so I decieded to reset it at work. I am at work and my boss is talking to me and I turned the screw PAST the stop.

You know the warning that says "Do not turn screw past STOP" well I did. Now the car is ideling around 200 rpm where as it was ideling at 800 rpm. Not only that but the screw turns non-stop.

What do I do? The CEL isnt flashing and I can get it to flash again but I cant get it to the original stop point without the stops can I ?

Please help
