JUST the trunk lid? Already painted your car's color....WITH a spoiler...

whats the maximum you would pay?

$300. I'm guessing it won't be all new stuff so that's max. All new stuff maybe $500 but paying that just to have the red/clears is pure stupidity. There is no other point.

300 is the usual price i see them at around here, 9/10 times they are in poor condition which means they would need re-paint

$75. There are a few U-Pull it's around here where you can get a hood for $75 + tax, trunk lid would probably be more like $50-55ish. Chances are you could get one with lights and a spoiler unless someone else has already taken them (in which case just find a set and put them on the trunk lid you want).

Just find the yards who mainly base the pricing off of how much they would make if it was melted down and sold as raw metal . I was pretty surprised to hear $75 for a hood (condition does not effect price), all you need is to find your color car and hope it was a rear end hit or something

Well basically........this dude offered me $500 for my VERY clean trunklid...his car is also white.
