how many people on here have had problems with their warpspeed y-pipes?

I have had 2 problems with warpspeed and i only bought 2 things fro mthem, first flex section broke on my 96 y-pipe and i had to pay shipping to get it sent out and sent back. ToWas without car for 2 weeks.

Now my friends 2k2 y-pipe flex section broke and we had to pay shipping both ways and its almost 2 weeks and no pipe still.

I see alot of posts of leaky flex sections and its making me wonder about the quality of thier products. But if anyone is planning on gettin a y-pipe, dont get warpspeed.

I've had mine for like a year and a half and the flex section looks to be in great shape.

i had problems with warpspeed y-pipe rattling against the cross member. i removed all heatshields, the prongs off the cross member, and cut off that extra piece that was touching on the cross member. now all problems fixed

Did you have a cat hangar? If not, that was probably what destroyed your flex.

The pole, writting in poor english, is geared only twards problems.
There should be a choice for having had no problems with the pipe to make it a logical pole.

It seems like most of the people who had problems were the 99's. I had a 95 and had no problems, now I have a 97 and still no problems.

I own a 99 max and have had no trouble with my warpspeed y-pipe. Been on for almost a year and has been through one winter with no problems, no bees in the can sound or anything.

Well, Mine on my 95 was really leaky. Took it off and noticed the shop that put it on didn't put any gaskets where it meets the Manifolds. Now that that is fixed, I've got no problems at all.

I had to go for "other problem" .... when I received the Ypipe.... one of the welds had a hole in it.... took it to the muffler shop and had the hole filled...gave the tech $10 ... it's been on for over 3yrs..... no other problems... I've been happy with the product
