I was thinking about trying this mod. I looked at the how to but can't locate the drop resistor?? The how said that it was located on the driver side strut tower in the front. It's not located right there. Any help will be great.

my drop resistor is not located in the same place as that(on the front side of the strut tower). Any ideas on where mine is??

 

Please tell me you know you have to be auto to do this. If you are auto the car could have been in a previous accident and the body shop was just to lazy to remount it correctly. Look around in your engine bay.
