V2 With Y-pipe

DIDN'T SEE THIS ANYWHERE, SO I'M GOING TO ASK!
I CALLED STILLEN AND THEY SAID, IF I'M GOING TO RUN A SUPERCHARGER, THEY SAID NOT TO GET A Y-PIPE. REASON BEING IS THAT IT DESIGNED TO RUN WITH THE STOCK CATS. THEY SAID IT WOULD RUN THE CAR TO LEAN AND RISK THE CHANCE OF THE ENGINE EXPIRING!!! ANY TRUTH TO THIS?

Thats what Fuel Management is for. Read the FAQ and browse the forced induction section. Oh and by the way welcome to the ORG.

D@mn near everyone on this site that has a SC has a y-pipe too. They are probably just trying to cover their @ss.

They also tell you not to go under the stock 3.6" pulley because it will blow your engine.

I can't think of anyone who's boosted and still running that stock pulley. I'm down to a 2.87" myself, with a 3" Y-Pipe and exhaust.

Also - this should be in the SuperCharged section - IBTM (In Before The Move)
