is there any way to remove the california emissions stuff? i found one here in GA and it has the cali spec stuff on it. im wanting to get the car, but not with all of that on it. if there is any way at all that wont cost a whole lot please post it up soon!

 

Every car, model year 99 and up is cali spec. Anything older than that shouldn't be cali spec, even if made for CA. I doubt there is anything you can just remove.
