Call the discount dealers that have been all over these forums for the last few years. What we pay, isn't necessarily what you will pay. Just don't buy the Key Value Kits. What's that? I have no idea.

650 to 700 for labor, or for the whole thing?
it's about a 3-4 hour job. if they want 650-700 for the whole job, that's not bad.. if they want it for labor only, go somewhere else. it's about a 200-300 job.

I do them here in Houston for 150..

Buy the clutch yourself you'll be able to pay half of what they're probably charging for it.

I changed mine myself, took 5 hours dilling around and 130 for a clutch kit at autozone.

There's a lot of stuff that probably needs to be replaced also besides just the $130 kit. Throwout bearing, ball forks, machine flywheel if neccesary, etc. are all commonly replaced items when doing a clutch job. Also, if you have difficulty shifting at all or into a certain gear a clutch master cylinder will also be needed.
