CustomMaxima Body kit: Need the pics that were up a while back

Custommaxima wants to use my car to fit their body kit, and in return I'd get the kit for next to nothing (supposedly). I vaguely remember the pics that were posted a while back from an autoshow I think it was of the prototype kit custommaxima had. I didnt like the kit a whole lot I dont think, but I need to refresh my memory before calling custommaxima back about whether I can donate my car for a couple days or not. If anyone has links to the pictures or has them saved that they could emial me, that'd be awsome. Thanks in advance

I'll refresh your memory for you. If you're talking about the one on the orange-ish max, the kit was absolutely heinous looking, especially the front (sides and back were "ok")

yeah i was actually over at custommaxima last week, and i was looking for a guy w/a 2k2 for him to test fit the kit, it looks alot better in person than in the pics, since u are going to get the kit for free i would do it. but i beleive that they just need to test fit the front, not the whole kit.

I think that kit looks pretty decent, I am just interested in the front end thou... Those wheels are too small and the offset is wrong to complement the looks of the whole car. They needed some Nismo wheels in bronze

Why would they need to test fit a kit that is already fitted on a car? Hopefully they want you to test-fit the R34 style bumper.

they need to tame down the size of the custom enterprise stamp on the front bumper its hideous. I like the smooth sides but the front is too straight edge and doesn't flow well with the roundness of the 5th gen.

i've seen that kit at the show where the pics were taken, and its very very very ugly... everything about it is ugly, whoever puts that kit on their car is uglyfying it.

If i had a 2k2 and they wanted to give me the kit for free with free paint/install, i'd say no thank you.

I think it will look better in a dark color + PearlWhtMaX2000 said it looks better in person....I'm considering going during memorial day weekend.....

i dont think its the color of the car that did it. The front bumper looks plain stupid. It looks flat from the side, and the bottom part from the front view looks absolutely retarded. It just looks very unproportional, its hard to explain...

its your personal opinion man. and this is my personal opinion.

the stillen lip for the 2k2 looks too plain
the front of PearlWhtMax2000 car looks too ricey
the MT lip is extinct

and i like the straight angles of the CM kit, it give the Max a Race Car Stance

this is all about personal preference, i for one would want to get a bodykit that would look great on my car to ME, and for ME, not everyone else out there

That kit is ok, at least it's good to know more body kits are coming out for our cars. I think we're gonna be tied with the Sentra now The color of that maxima is cool, it's different. How much would this kit run and what's it gonna be called. I hope it's not something gimpy like the sarona/ninja/dragon r/this body kit has too many fuc=)king names for it.

500 out the door wow what a steal for being a test monkey. I think it looks terrible, reminds me of a transformer optimus prime...

That kit is ugly. CM needs to go back to the drawing board. The MT lip and the plain-jane Stillen lips are the best looking options right now.

BTW the CM car show Max did not have the side skirts on it, but they still won't help the appearance of the car.
