Clive was very nice the whole time.
He was fair to give the next person in line (this time, I was 2nd in line) a chance at getting his goods.
He was patient for 2 days while I cleared some room on my credit card in order to paypal him.
He sent the struts very promptly and then called and emailed me to let me know that he sent them. He gave me a tracking number and everything.
All was very smooth.
